    Our Research and Development team meticulously tested the product's stickiness, adhesion time, and aroma evaporation in an open room environment. The stickiness was evaluated across major manufacturer papers, namely Raw, Futurola, OCB, and Zig Zag. A 12-hour period was used as a testing metric, following which none of the papers could be detached without incurring damage, highlighting the adhesive strength of our rolling glue.

    The adhesion time was found to be contingent on the volume of glue applied. Over-saturation led to a longer curing time, while a small amount facilitated quicker drying. Regardless of the volume used, the product remained workable for about 20-40 minutes post-application.

    In terms of aroma evaporation, it was advised to keep the product in an open space for at least 1 hour after application to allow for complete evaporation of water content. The aroma was found to dissipate if exposed for more than 48 hours. However, when stored in an air-tight container, the flavor should maintain its integrity for up to 5 years.

    The area of coverage is influenced by multiple factors. Firstly, the amount of glue used plays a significant role. Factors like air pressure and any objects blocking the spray nozzle can affect the distribution and coverage of the glue. Furthermore, the experience and skill of the user applying the glue can impact the evenness and efficiency of coverage. It's worth noting that if a manufacturer is currently using distillate to coat joints, they may find that rolling glue covers a 10-20% more units than a liter of distillate due to superior adhesion, variations in application and viscosity. Overall, it's essential to consider these factors and conduct proper testing and experimentation to determine the optimal coverage for rolling glue.
