Why 60 ml is the line

Below roughly 60 ml the fill is short enough that pump start-and-stop behaviour and the way your product flows start to dominate the result. For reference, the US net-content rules in NIST Handbook 133 allow an individual 60 ml package to vary by 3.8 ml, about 6%, and a 30 ml package by that same 3.8 ml, about 13%. The EU average-quantity system allows 9% below 50 ml. A 1% target is an order of magnitude tighter than either, which is why we confirm it on your product rather than promise it on a page.

Volumetric fillers assume your product behaves the same way every time. Thick, foaming, settling and temperature-sensitive products don't. Filling on a load cell removes the assumption: the machine watches the actual weight in the container and stops when it gets there, then trims the remainder slowly so the last few grams land accurately instead of overshooting.

That matters most when the product is expensive. Giving away a percent per unit on a coating, a concentrate or a supplement is a real cost across a run, and being under is worse than being over. Accuracy is dialled against your own scale during commissioning, with your own product, so the number you verify is the number you keep.

The unit is built around your container. Tooling holds the specific bottle you use, the nozzle is picked for how your product actually flows, and the whole machine runs off a standard 120-volt wall outlet on a bench — no compressed air line, no three-phase drop, no electrician.
