SCB Quality System

The machine won't run until the checks are done.

SCB Quality System is a production and quality platform that tracks every material in and out, guides the operator through the exact steps in order, and physically locks the machine until the required inputs are entered. Sold on its own, or bundled with any machine.

Gated operations

The lockout isn't a kill switch. It's the enforcement layer.

Network-accessible lockout pigtails sit between the machine and its power. SCB Quality System decides when they close. Until the operator has scanned the label roll, confirmed the bottle and cap lots and entered their PIN, the machine stays locked and the screen says exactly which input is missing. When the checks pass, the SCB Quality System unlocks and logs who unlocked it and when. That is the difference between a quality procedure people are supposed to follow and one they cannot skip.

You configure the gates, not us

You choose which steps lock the machine and which only warn. If your subscription lapses, the quality system stops enforcing and the machine runs freely — you lose the records, never the ability to produce.

Materials tracking

Every label roll, bottle and cap, from receiving to the bottle it ended up on.

SCB Quality System gives every label roll its own LRL- identifier and auto-deducts as fills complete, so the count on the screen is the count on the shelf. Partial rolls bundle into mixed boxes under an MBX- identifier instead of getting lost. Every item carries a universal QR tag that resolves on your own network. Supplier labels for bottles and caps are read by OCR at receiving, so intake is a photo rather than a typing exercise, and receiving runs as a multi-photo flow with operator PIN verification and an admin approval step.

Records

Pull a batch report in one click instead of a week of paperwork.

SCB Quality System records every fill weight against the bottle, the batch, the operator and the material lots. Deviations flag automatically. Inline sensing for temperature, pH, TDS, particle count and viscosity writes to the same record. When an auditor or a customer asks what happened on a given day, the answer is an export, not an archaeology project.

Client portal

Let your customers check their own orders.

A secure read-only portal is built into the SCB Quality System and shows each customer only their own production schedule, inventory and recent batches. It runs over an encrypted tunnel with no open ports on your network. Fewer status emails for you, more confidence for them.
