Why 60 ml is the line

Below roughly 60 ml the fill is short enough that pump start-and-stop behaviour and the way your product flows start to dominate the result. For reference, the US net-content rules in NIST Handbook 133 allow an individual 60 ml package to vary by 3.8 ml, about 6%, and a 30 ml package by that same 3.8 ml, about 13%. The EU average-quantity system allows 9% below 50 ml. A 1% target is an order of magnitude tighter than either, which is why we confirm it on your product rather than promise it on a page.

The equipment you can buy off the shelf tends to come in two sizes: a hand-fed benchtop unit, or a machine designed for a plant that runs a shift a day. Neither fits a brand doing a few thousand units at a time, so people end up either hand-filling far too long or buying capacity they will never use.

An inline build closes that gap. Containers index along a short conveyor, get filled, and come off the end ready to cap — one operator, a bench or a corner of a room, and a throughput that matches your order book rather than someone else's.

Format handling is decided with you. If you run one container forever, the tooling is fixed and simple. If you run several sizes, the change-over is designed in from the start so it's a known adjustment instead of an afternoon of shimming things. Inline sensing — temperature, pH, TDS, particle count, viscosity — and inline metal detection can be built into the same line where the product calls for it.

It ships crated, runs on a standard 120-volt outlet, and gets commissioned on a video call. Pair it with a capper and it becomes a fill-and-cap line.
